The renowned Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah has bid farewell to the Liverpool football club after nine years. Salah not only helped the English club win the Premier League title but also played a key role in many of the team’s successes, including the Champions League title.
In his final match for Liverpool, striker Mohamed Salah was seen in action against Brentford. Liverpool needed at least a draw in this match to secure Champions League qualification with one point. Thanks to Salah’s brilliant pass, Curtis Jones gave Liverpool the lead.
However, just six minutes later, Schade equalized, and the match ended in a 1–1 draw.
On this occasion, players and fans paid a heartfelt tribute to Mohamed Salah. His wife and daughters were also present there.
Mohamed Salah scored 257 goals for Liverpool and is the club’s third-highest goal scorer of all time.
Salah said that he has never cried as much in his life as he did today. Andy Robertson also said goodbye to Liverpool along with Mohamed Salah.
