The United States has confirmed the death of its seventh soldier in the ongoing war with Iran.
According to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the soldier was wounded in an attack carried out by Iran on March 1 against a U.S. military base in Saudi Arabia and later died from his injuries.

Earlier, the bodies of six American soldiers who were killed in an Iranian drone attack in Kuwait had been transferred to the United States.
A memorial ceremony for the soldiers was held at Dover Air Force Base, attended by U.S. President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and Vice President J.D. Vance, along with other senior officials.
It is worth noting that six U.S. soldiers were killed in an Iranian drone attack at Port Shuaiba in Kuwait, after which tensions further escalated in the ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States.
