Dogs are considered among the most loyal and patient animals. That is why their loyalty to their owners has become legendary.
A recent example of this was seen in Brazil, where a dog has been sitting outside a hospital for the past five months, grieving the loss of its owner.
According to reports, five months ago a man in Brazil was taken to the hospital due to illness, and his dog followed him there. Since the dog was not allowed inside the hospital, it stayed outside waiting. Sadly, the owner passed away and was buried, but the loyal dog still remains outside the hospital, carrying the pain of losing its master in its heart.
Reports say that local residents do not know the dog or even its name. However, they do know that the dog arrived at the hospital with its owner five months ago and has never left since then.
The dog’s 49-year-old owner had been seriously injured with a sharp weapon and was taken to a hospital called “Santa Casa de Nova.” Unfortunately, he did not survive. The dog followed the ambulance all the way to the hospital and sat there waiting for its owner to recover and return. People have tried to drive the dog away, but it refuses to leave the spot.
The dog appears deeply sad. Nurses and hospital staff regularly leave food for it. Recently, the hospital administration also arranged a small shelter for the dog there.
